Vendors pay per ad (with a minimum number of ads). Rent commission is a % of the monthly rent. Ads auto-expire after the set number of days. Money is tracked here now; live charging comes later.

Most recent 300 reports across every district/state - drainage, water, potholes, garbage, and corruption/bribery. Reporter identity is shown here only (never on the public-facing app) so you can follow up or verify a report before acting on it.
mtaxi — Rides & Partners
Dispatcher view. Ride bookings arrive here the moment a rider taps "Book" in the app. Assign a driver and move the ride through its lifecycle (Assigned → Ongoing → Completed) - the rider sees every change live on their phone. Partner applications from the Earn tab are approved or rejected here.
Per-km pricing (Drop rides)
Fares = distance × rate (with the 4-slab ladder on top). Changes apply to NEW bookings within seconds; open requests keep the slabs they were created with.
Driver wallet & commission
Drivers keep a prepaid balance with Avatar. Each service needs a minimum balance to switch on; Avatar deducts the commission % from the wallet on every completed duty.
Package (hourly) pricing
Tier = hours/km included. Each vehicle has a base fare per tier, plus extra ₹/km and ₹/hr beyond it.
Outstation pricing
Running rates for outstation: per-km, driver bata/day, and the daily minimum km. Permits are set per state in the Inter-state permits editor below.

Inter-state permits
Charged once per state a trip crosses (Sedan / AC 5-6 / AC 7-seater; blank = that class not offered). The home state is exempt. Used by One-way and Outstation on both apps.

Distance fares — km bands × time slabs
Set a base price per km band for each vehicle, plus a per-km rate. Fare = band base + (distance × per-km). Rates change by time of day: add 24-hour slabs (e.g. day / night / peak). For a trip, the slab whose window contains the pickup time is used; a slab may wrap past midnight (e.g. 22:00→06:00).
Rider cashback ladder
After a completed ride, cash back is credited to the rider's wallet and used on their next ride. The reward depends on which ride it is (1st, 2nd…) and the fare tier (up to ₹X). Enter the cashback ₹ in each cell.
Referral reward — “Bring someone. Both win.”
When a friend a rider invited completes their first ride: the inviter gets a flat amount to their wallet, and the friend gets the 1st-ride cashback above.

I Want / I Sell — Marketplace
Every live ad with its real photo, interest (Machchan threads opened), and the sales the seller recorded. Set Avatar's commission percent per ad — commission due = total sales × percent. "Expire now" removes an ad; the sweeper hard-deletes it within 30 minutes.
Delivery pricing
Orders
Escrowed orders. Money releases to the seller (and delivery partner) only on COMPLETED; cancellation refunds automatically. Use the status override only to fix disputes.
Commission wallets
Accruals post automatically from sales × commission %. When a seller pays (cash/UPI), record the settlement here — it's logged with your admin identity.
State / Country Codes (India)
These numeric codes feed directly into Avatar ID generation (e.g. Karnataka = 04). Changes here take effect for new signups immediately - never edit already-assigned Avatar IDs.
Manage Admins
The 6-level hierarchy: Chairman › CEO › MD › Manager › Supervisor › Executive. You can create and manage only people below your own level, and assign only roles below your level. The person must have already signed up (created a login) on this dashboard before you can promote them.
Your level can't create other admins.

One-time housekeeping tasks. Safe to re-run.
Launch Pages
Phased launch control. Untick a page to hide it from customers in the
app (nothing is deleted — it stays in the code, just invisible). Tick it back on when
you're ready to launch that page. Changes apply live on customers' phones within seconds.

The sales tool: show a business how many Avatar users their product reaches — by gender, age and location.
