Driver incentive engine
Bonuses paid automatically into the driver's Get4 wallet when a ride completes. Milestones reset daily (IST). Leave the switch off to pay nothing.
Each milestone is paid once when the driver reaches that many completed rides in a day. e.g. 10 → ₹300, 20 → ₹700.
An extra amount per ride completed inside the window (24-hour HH:MM, IST).

Operating states & launch
Get4 rolls out state by state. Add a state, then tick Launched when it goes live — only launched states can book in the apps. Mark the one Home state (charged no permit against itself). Every state keeps its own prices: pick a state below, and all the pricing editors on this page load and save that state.
All the fare editors below — per-km, distance, packages, outstation, one-way and inter-state permits — apply to this state. Switch the state above before you edit.
Dispatcher view. Ride bookings arrive here the moment a rider taps "Book" in the app. Assign a driver and move the ride through its lifecycle (Assigned → Ongoing → Completed) - the rider sees every change live on their phone. Partner applications from the Earn tab are approved or rejected here.
Per-km pricing (Drop rides)
Fares = distance × rate (with the 4-slab ladder on top). Changes apply to NEW bookings within seconds; open requests keep the slabs they were created with.
Driver wallet & commission
Drivers keep a prepaid balance with Awatar. Each service needs a minimum balance to switch on; Awatar deducts the commission % from the wallet on every completed duty.
Package (hourly) pricing
Tier = hours/km included. Each vehicle has a base fare per tier, plus extra ₹/km and ₹/hr beyond it.
Outstation pricing
Running rates for outstation: per-km, driver bata/day, and the daily minimum km. Permits are set per state in the Inter-state permits editor below.
One-way (inter-city) pricing
Multi-stop & waiting charges
Local trips with several pickups/drops in one ride. Fare = running rate × total km (min = base fare), plus a waiting charge at each stop the customer asks the driver to wait at.
Cancellation compensation & waiting rate
When a rider cancels after a driver was assigned/on the way, the driver is compensated for the idle distance. You decide the amounts. The waiting rate is a general ₹/minute you can set for waiting time.
Rider cancel fee is taken from the rider's wallet (only up to their balance). "Pay only if driver reached pickup" limits compensation to drivers who actually arrived (within the reached radius); leave it off to also compensate drivers who were still on the way, by idle km.
Driver wallet joining bonus (1:N top-up)
Reward drivers who fund their wallet early. The 1st top-up is multiplied by the first number, the 2nd by the next, and so on — e.g. 4, 3, 2, 1 means the first ₹200 top-up becomes ₹800 (1:4), the next is 1:3, then 1:2, then 1:1. After the list runs out, top-ups are 1:1 (no bonus). Enter the multipliers separated by commas.
Driver fare-adjust limits
Control how far a driver may move the rider's price when they send their offer. Max % up / down are a percentage of the rider's price (e.g. 25% on ₹200 = ±₹50). The hard ₹ cap limits how much can be added on top, whatever the percentage works out to (e.g. never more than +₹300). Set a limit to 0 to turn just that limit off; untick to remove all limits (drivers can move freely).
Inter-state permits
Permits for trips that start from the state selected above and cross into each state listed here (Sedan / AC 5-6 / AC 7-seater; blank = that class not offered). Because each state has its own table, the same border can cost differently by direction — e.g. Karnataka→Andhra Sedan on Karnataka's sheet, Andhra→Karnataka Sedan on Andhra's. The home state is exempt. Used by One-way and Outstation on both apps.

People who applied from the Get4 “Earn” tab. Check their vehicle details and documents (DL, RC/permit), then Approve to let them go online and receive ride requests, or Reject. Pending applications are shown first.

Distance fares — km bands × time slabs
Set a base price per km band for each vehicle, plus a per-km rate. Fare = band base + (distance × per-km). Rates change by time of day: add 24-hour slabs (e.g. day / night / peak). For a trip, the slab whose window contains the pickup time is used; a slab may wrap past midnight (e.g. 22:00→06:00).
Rider cashback ladder
After a completed ride, cash back is credited to the rider's wallet and used on their next ride. The reward depends on which ride it is (1st, 2nd…) and the fare tier (up to ₹X). Enter the cashback ₹ in each cell.
Referral reward — “Bring someone. Both win.”
When a friend a rider invited completes their first ride: the inviter gets a flat amount to their wallet, and the friend gets the 1st-ride cashback above.

📄 Driver Document Expiry
Record each driver's document expiry dates — Driving Licence, RC, Insurance, Permit, Fitness (FC) and Road Tax. The documents a driver uploaded when applying to be a driving partner are shown under each driver, so you can open them and enter the expiry printed on each. Drivers are reminded automatically (in Chittu + push, in their chosen language) at 30, 15, 7, 3 and 1 days before expiry, and the driver app is auto-blocked once a document has expired — until you record a renewed date and unblock.

Escrowed orders. Money releases to the seller (and delivery partner) only on COMPLETED; cancellation refunds automatically. Use the status override only to fix disputes.
Commission wallets
Accruals post automatically from sales × commission %. When a seller pays (cash/UPI), record the settlement here — it's logged with your admin identity.
State / Country Codes (India)
These numeric codes feed directly into Awatar ID generation (e.g. Karnataka = 04). Changes here take effect for new signups immediately - never edit already-assigned Awatar IDs.
Manage Admins
The 6-level hierarchy: Chairman › CEO › MD › Manager › Supervisor › Executive. You can create and manage only people below your own level, and assign only roles below your level. The person must have already signed up (created a login) on this dashboard before you can promote them.
Your level can't create other admins.
